Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Commission is made up of 6 members and a chairman. They meet on the first Wednesday of every month at 6 PM, and the public is always welcome. Their duties are to review proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans, building permits, plat applications, and also make recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the Town of Portage.
