The Town of Portage offers many spectacular views of mountains, fields, valleys and various wildlife. The sunrises and sunsets can be breathtaking, and watching a storm roll in over the valley is a favorite activity of many residents. Deer are frequently seen throughout the town, and you can often hear the birds singing.
